Jan Kanty Broziński
Jan Kanty Broziński was an 18th-century Polish Catholic priest and academic born in Kraków around 1737–1738. He studied at the University of Kraków, where he earned his degree in 1763 and served as a lecturer in the Faculty of Philosophy and Seven Liberal Arts. In his later years, he served as a canon at All Saints’ Collegiate Church in Kraków, dedicating twenty-six years to the priesthood until his death in 1794.
