Ibrahim Hananu

Born in Kafr Takharim in 1869, Ibrahim Hananu led the armed anti-French resistance in northwestern Syria. He organized guerrilla fighters around Aleppo and Idlib during the Hananu Revolt, later transitioning to constitutional politics and the National Bloc.
